subscription the letter is a monthly postal subscription, priced at $7/month. new subscribers who sign up by the 15th will receive that month's letter. sign up after the 15th and your first letter will ship the following month.

shipping letters ship on or near the 20th of each month via usps. we ship worldwide, with the exception of the uae and bangladesh.

domestic subscribers should expect their letter within 1–2 weeks of the ship date. international subscribers should expect delivery to take 3–5 weeks. customs and postal delays are outside of our control, but we'll always do our best to make it right.

never received your letter? if your letter hasn't arrived within a month of the ship date, please reach out. we'll confirm your address and send a new copy right away — or issue a full refund if you'd prefer.

returned mail if your letter is returned to us, we'll reach out to confirm your address and reship as soon as possible. if a letter is returned more than three times without a response from you, your subscription will be cancelled. should you want to reactivate, you're welcome to do so at any time — no waitlist required.

cancellations you may cancel your subscription at any time. to ensure you aren't charged for the following month, please cancel before the 15th. cancellations made after the 15th will take effect the following billing cycle.

to cancel, log into your account on our website and navigate to your subscription settings, or reach out to us directly at theletter@littledoormusic.com and we'll take care of it for you.

refunds all sales are final, with the exception of undelivered letters. we do not offer refunds for letters that have been shipped and confirmed delivered. if something goes wrong, please reach out — we want you to feel good about being here.

a note on this experiment this is a small, human-made thing. each letter is written and sent by a real person. we appreciate your patience, your curiosity, and your trust in something slow and intentional.
