the short version i collect only what i need to send you a letter and keep this small operation running. i don't sell your data. i don't share it except with the tools listed below that help me do that.

what i collect when you subscribe to the letter, i collect your name, mailing address, and email address. i may also collect basic payment information, which is processed securely and never stored directly by me.

how i use it your information is used solely to:

• send you the letter each month

• communicate with you about your subscription

• process your payment

tools i use to run this subscription, i work with the following third-party services. each has its own privacy policy, which i encourage you to review:

• squarespace — website hosting and subscription management

• flodesk — email communication and subscriber updates

• quickbooks — payment processing and billing

• google — general operations including email (gmail) and file management (google drive)

• asana — internal project and workflow management

• usps — physical mail delivery

• substack — occasional written correspondence and updates

your mailing address is shared with usps for the sole purpose of delivering your letter. it is not shared with any other party.

data storage your information is stored securely within the platforms listed above. i do not maintain an independent database of subscriber information beyond what lives within these tools.

your rights you have the right to:

• access the personal information i hold about you

• request that i correct or delete your information

• unsubscribe or cancel at any time
